2800 Public Places for Posting Agenda and Notices.
The following are officially designated as public places for the posting of all ordinances, resolutions, agendas, or notices adopted or issued by the City in all cases where posting is provided for by laws:

2801 Posting.
All ordinances and all resolutions required by law to be published or posted shall be posted in at least three (3) public places as set forth in CMC 2800 in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933 of the Government Code. (Ord. 2, § 2801)
2802 Additional Posting Location.
The City Clerk shall post all ordinances, resolutions or notices adopted or issued by the City on the Bulletin Board provided for such purpose in the City offices located at 701 East Carson Street, Carson, California. Such posting location is for the purpose of public convenience and is in addition to the official public places for the posting of notices designated in CMC 2800 in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933 of the Government Code. 2803 Filing Documents.
The Mayor of the City of Carson, the City Clerk, the City Attorney and the Mayor Pro Tem are each appointed the authorized agent of the City of Carson for the filing, with such offices and officers of the State of California and of the County of Los Angeles, of certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other documents as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct of the City’s business.
