9184.1 References to Other Laws and Regulations.

When a reference is made in this Chapter to any other provision of this Chapter or to any other law or regulation, such reference shall apply to any and all subsequent amendments and additions to the provision referred to and to any renumbered or retitled provisions which continue or supersede the provision referred to.

9184.2 Fractional Quantities.

Unless otherwise specifically provided, when a regulation requires the determination of a whole number, any fractional quantity resulting from any computation made in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number if such fraction is equal to or greater than one-half (1/2), and shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number if such fraction is less than one-half (1/2).
