5.62.010 Bingo games authorized.
A. Bingo games are authorized within the city only for the benefit of organizations exempted from the payment of the bank and corporation tax by Section 23701d of the Revenue and Taxation Code and a contribution or gift to which would be charitable contribution under Section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code 1954.
B. Said games shall be conducted in accordance with and subject to all of the conditions imposed by Penal Code Section 326.5. (Ord. 560 § I (part), 1976)
5.62.020 License fee.
Nonprofit organizations conducting bingo games shall pay a fee of five dollars per quarter. (Ord. 560 § I (part), 1976)
