EMERGENCY VEHICLES

10.48.010 Right-of-way.
The officers and firemen of the fire department and apparatus of all kinds when going to or on duty at a fire, and all ambulances, whether of public or private character when employed in carrying sick or injured persons to hospitals or other places for relief or treatment shall have the right-of-way over all persons and vehicles on any street and through any procession.
