SEWER REGULATIONS GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.08.020 Violation—Infraction.
13.08.010 Application.
The provisions of the ordinance codified in this division shall apply to any person, or persons, including corporations, and others connected to the city of Dinuba wastewater disposal facilities. (Ord. 648 § 1 (part), 1982)
13.08.020 Violation—Infraction.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the requirements of the ordinances codified in this division, including any or all other amendments, revisions or supplements, is guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished accordingly, as set forth in Section 1.16.010 of this code. If any violation is continued, each day’s violation is deemed a separate infraction. (Ord. 962 § 12, 1996: Ord. 648 § 1 (part), 1982)
