10.48.010 Restricted from area of Rohner Park.

It is unlawful for any person to operate any bicycle, bike or cycle propelled by engine or motor in that portion of Rohner Park in the city which includes all of the area, roads and trails east of the Rohner Pavilion, and north of Scenic Drive, including the entire area inside the rodeo grounds and shooting range, and more particularly described as follows:

From a point starting at the intersection of the south boundary of Rohner Park and Park Street, north along Park Street to the rodeo grounds fence, taking in all of the rodeo grounds to Sunny Heights Drive; thence along the north boundary of Rohner Park to the east boundary; thence south along the east park line to the south boundary of Rohner Park; thence along the south boundary to the point of beginning.

The area described above to which this section is applicable and in which the use of motorized bicycles, bikes or cycles is prohibited, shall be designated by signs setting forth that motorized bicycles, bikes or cycles are prohibited and the signs shall be placed in conspicuous places on the perimeter of the area at intervals of not less than 300 feet.
