Chapter 5.50 of the Galt Municipal Code entitled, “Cable Television Ordinance,” as amended and restated from time to time, may be viewed in its entirety in the City Clerk’s office at Galt City Hall. Chapter 5.50 establishes a unified regulatory framework for the administration of the cable television franchises within Sacramento County and the cities that are members of the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Commission.
