13.28.010 RESERVATIONS; PUBLIC USES; CONDITIONS:
Where a park, recreational facility, fire station, library or other public use is shown on an adopted specific plan or adopted general plan of the city containing a community facilities element, recreation and parks element and/or a public building element, the subdivider may be required to reserve sites for the purposes specified in, and in accordance with and subject to, the provisions of California Government Code section 66479, and in accordance with the definite principles and standards contained in the above specified plan or general plan. 13.28.020 FEES:
A. Drainage And Sewer Facilities: Prior to filing of any final map or parcel map, the subdivider shall pay or cause to be paid any fees for defraying the actual or estimated costs of constructing planned drainage facilities for the removal of surface and storm waters from local or neighborhood drainage areas or sanitary sewer facilities for local sanitary sewer areas established pursuant to California Government Code section 66483. B. Bridge Crossings And Major Thoroughfares: Fees may be assessed and collected as a condition to approval of a final map or as a condition of issuing a building permit for the purpose of defraying the actual or estimated costs of constructing bridges or major thoroughfares pursuant to California Government Code section 66484. (1972 Code § 16.17.010)
13.28.030 SUPPLEMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS:
The subdivider may be required to install improvements for the benefit of the subdivision which may contain supplemental size, capacity or number for the benefit of property not within the subdivision as a condition precedent to the approval of a subdivision or parcel map, and thereafter to dedicate such improvements to the public. However, the subdivider shall be reimbursed for that portion of the cost of such improvements equal to the difference between the amount it would have cost the subdivider to install such improvements to serve the subdivision only and the actual cost of such improvements pursuant to the provisions of the subdivision map act.1 (1972 Code § 16.18.010)
