PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM

A contract between the city and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System is authorized. The contract¹ is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set out in full herein. (Ord. 74-2 § 1, 1974)

2.32.020 Contract – Execution.

The mayor is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the city. (Ord. 74-2 § 2, 1974)
