2.36.010 Adoption of city seal.
The official seal of the city shall be circular in form, with an outer rim containing the words “City of Hughson California,” within which inner circle shall be a depiction of the agricultural developments of the area including grapes, nuts, fruit, and trees, and which shall also contain a gear in the background depicting the industrial developments of the city. A representation of which seal is as follows:

2.36.020 Unauthorized use.
The official seal shall be used only for official city business and purposes. No person shall maliciously or for commercial purposes without the permission of the city council or for political purposes use or allow to be used any reproduction or facsimile of the seal of the city in any manner whatsoever.
