8.32.010 Establishment of program.

This city council shall, from time to time, by resolution, adopt a program and procedures for the collection of tree trimmings, and other specified wastes within the city limits. (Ord. 05-18 § 1, 2005)

8.32.020 Penalty for violation.

All persons shall comply with the procedures established in the program established pursuant to HMC 8.32.010. Failure to do so is punishable in accordance with HMC 1.12.010. (Ord. 05-18 § 1, 2005)
