ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES

The city council declares that it shall adopt the necessary environmental protection guidelines by appropriate resolution and further delegates to the planning commission those duties as set forth in the appropriate resolution. (Ord. 580 §1, 1979)
