MODIFICATION OR AMENDMENT OF FEES

Any fees or charges imposed under the provisions of this code may be modified or amended by the City Council upon the adoption of a resolution so providing. (Ord. 596 § 1 (part), 1976).

1.25.020 Council and city manager authority—Fees not imposed by code.

Fees or charges not imposed under the provisions of this code may be imposed upon the recipient of any specific city service or upon an applicant for any permission or permit under this code. Such fees or charges shall be established by resolution of the City Council. If actual cost of said service exceeds the established fee, the fee may be increased in an amount sufficient to defray the actual cost of providing the service or processing the application. If such fee or charge is not established by resolution, such charge may be made by order of the city manager. (Ord. 596 § 1 (part), 1976).
