2.32.010 City clerk bond.
The city clerk, before entering upon the official duties of his or her office, shall execute a bond to the city to be approved by the council and the city attorney. (Ord. 511 § 3, 1971: Prior code § 2.2).
2.32.020 Appointment—Duties of clerk.
The city clerk shall be appointed by and be responsible to the city manager. (Ord. 657 § (b), 1980: Prior code § 2.96).
2.32.030 Treasurer bond.
Before entering upon the official duties of his office, the city treasurer shall execute a surety bond to the city, as required by law, to be approved by the City Council. (Prior code § 2.1).
