RULES AND REGULATIONS OF RECREATION FACILITIES

2.50.010 Rules and regulations.

The City Council shall adopt rules and regulations with respect to the operation and use of the recreation facilities in the city. Such rules and regulations shall provide for the administration of the recreation facilities, the uses, programs and program schedules and the prices of admission connected with the uses and programs connected with such recreation facilities. The rules and regulations shall be approved by resolution of the City Council, and the same shall become the enforceable rules and regulations of the city and shall have the force of law as though set forth in full herein.
