Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 1094.6 shall be applicable to the City of Mt. Shasta, as to any decision (as defined by said Cal. Civ. Proc. Code § 1094.6) made after the date the ordinance codified in this section becomes effective. (Ord. CCO-20-04 § 1, 2020)
