For purposes of this code, the terms “zoning district,” “district,” and “zone” shall have the same meaning. (Ord. CCO-09-02, 2009)
18.12.020 Base zoning districts.
The City of Mt. Shasta establishes the following base zoning districts for purposes of classifying parcels of land inside the City limits and for rezoning lands within the unincorporated County that are proposed for annexation. Note that all zone districts assume connection to City water and wastewater systems.
