6.04.020 Adopted--Definitions.
The county ordinances as listed in Section 6.04.010, as amended, being the health code of the county of Riverside, are adopted as the health code of the city. The ordinances are codified in this title and by this reference made a part hereof; provided, however, that references therein to:
(1) “Board of supervisors” means city council;
(2) “Clerk of the board of supervisors” means city clerk;
(3) “County” or “county of Riverside” means city or city of Norco;
(4) “County health officer” means city manager or his/her officially designated representative;
(5) “County livestock inspector” means city health officer;
(6) “County surveyor of Riverside County” means city engineer;
(7) “Poundmaster” and “inspector” means animal control officer;
