9.36.010 Penalty for violation.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of Chapter 9.04, 9.08, 9.12, 9.16 or 9.20 PMC is guilty of a misdemeanor and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of Chapter 9.04, 9.08, 9.12, 9.16 or 9.20 PMC is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
