2.35.010 Department created.

The Public Works Department is defined for operational identity and operates as defined by law, ordinance, resolution and direction from the City Manager. The Public Works Department consists of the following activities: water, sewer, streets and public facilities under the direction of the City Manager. [Ord. 213A § 2.08.001, 1992.]

2.35.020 Duties.

The Public Works Department operates, maintains and manages all City structures, public facilities, utility systems and streets under the direction of the City Manager. [Ord. 213A § 2.08.002, 1992.]

2.35.030 Coordination with City Manager.

The Public Works Department shall coordinate its activity with the City Manager on a daily basis and the City Manager shall provide written reports on the status of Public Works to the City Council on a regular basis. [Ord. 213A § 2.08.003, 1992.]
