USED CAR DEALERS

5.52.020 Copy of state bond to be filed with city clerk.
5.52.010 Place of business.
No person or persons shall conduct a business as a used car automobile dealer unless the same is conducted in a building, which building shall be approved by the building inspector, or shall be conducted on a vacant lot, which lot shall be paved according to city specifications and shall have proper sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, which shall be installed according to specifications as set forth by the building inspector and the city engineer. 5.52.020 Copy of state bond to be filed with city clerk.
No person shall conduct a business as a used car dealer unless he has filed with the city clerk a copy of the bond required by Section 11710 of the State Vehicle Code. (Prior code § 31.2: Ord. 263 § 1)
