SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS

1.4-10 Supervisorial Districts--established

Five Supervisorial districts are hereby established pursuant to law, all to be situated within the exterior boundaries of the county. Such supervisorial districts shall be numbered consecutively from one to five, both numbers inclusively.

1.4-11 Supervisorial District Number 1

The boundaries of Supervisorial District Number 1 are:

COMMENCING at the most westerly point of the County of Solano on the common lines of the County of Solano, County of Sonoma and the County of Napa said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; Thence southeasterly along the common line between the County of Solano and the County of Sonoma to the north line of the city limits of the City of Vallejo; Thence northeasterly along the Vallejo city limits to the west line of Mare Island; thence southeasterly along the west side of Mare Island to the intersection with the south line of Section 9 Township 3 North Range 4 West Mount Diablo Meridian; Thence easterly along the south line of Sections 9 and 10 to an angle point in the city limit line; Thence northerly along said city limit line 1350 +/- feet to the centerline of Sears Point Road (State Route 37); Thence west along the centerline of Sears Point Road 500 +/- feet to the west line of the old Guadalcanal Village; Thence north, east, and south around the west, north, and east line of the old Guadalcanal Village to the centerline of Sears Point Road; Thence easterly along the centerline of Sears Point Road to the centerline of the Napa River (AKA Mare Island Strait); Thence southerly along the centerline of Napa River to the Mare Island Causeway; Thence easterly along the centerline of Mare Island Causeway-G Street to the intersection of Tennessee Street, Wilson Avenue and Mare Island Way; Thence southerly along the centerline of Mare Island Way to the centerline of Maine Street; Thence northeasterly on Maine Street to the centerline of Santa Clara Street; Thence northerly along the centerline of Santa Clara Street to the centerline of Georgia Street; Thence easterly and northeasterly along the centerline of Georgia Street to the centerline of Ascot Parkway; Thence on the projection of Georgia Street to the Vallejo City limits; Thence northerly along the Vallejo City limits to the most northerly corner of the lands of the City of Vallejo, as described in that deed recorded as Document Number 1987-00131375 of Official Records, Solano County Records also being on the easterly line of Parcel 1 of the lands of Syar Industries Inc. as described in a deed recorded as Document Number 1986-00048959 of Official Records, Solano County Records; Thence along said easterly line and its extension northerly to a point in the centerline of McGary Road; Thence along the centerline of McGary Road westerly to the centerline of Lynch Road; Thence northerly along the centerline of Lynch Road to a creek running easterly; Thence westerly up the creek and its projection to the Napa-Solano County boundary in Section 17, Township 4 North Range 3 West Mount Diablo Meridian; Thence southerly and westerly to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and the end of this description.

COMMENCING at the intersection of the northerly line of the County of Napa, County of Solano boundary and the northerly extension of the center of Green Valley Creek said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
