The provisions of section 1203.1b of the Penal Code of the state are herewith adopted by the county.

21.1-11 Probation presentence investigating, reports and costs of probation supervision; expense payments
Pursuant to section 1203.1b of the Penal Code of the state, the sums paid by a defendant, as determined by the court to be the reasonable cost of presentencing investigations, preparation of presentenced reports, and probation supervision are to be allocated for the operating expenses of the county probation department.
