84.1.1 ADOPTION OF UNIFORM HOUSING CODE
The Uniform Housing Code, 1964 Edition, of which code three (3) copies are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City, is hereby adopted in its entirety by the City Council of the City, as the Housing Code of the City.
84.2.1 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

EDITORS NOTE: Repealed by two-thirds vote of the qualified electors of the City of Torrance, on April 9, 1968. (Resolution 68-71).
Before the City Council of Torrance shall again adopt or amend Subsection b) of Section H-201 of Chapter 2 of the Uniform Housing Code, 1964 Edition, as added to the Code of the City of Torrance in Chapter 4, Division 8, the issue shall be submitted to the voters and approved by a two-thirds majority of said voters, either at a regular municipal or special election to be called for the purpose.
