6.05.010 Animals declared to be a nuisance.

It is hereby declared to be a nuisance and it shall be unlawful to keep, maintain, or permit on any lot or parcel of land any animal, poultry, or household pet which by any sound, smell, or cry should unreasonably disturb the peace of any neighborhood, or interfere with any person or prevent the reasonable enjoyment of life or property. 6.05.020 Public nuisance – Punishment.

Every person who maintains or commits any public nuisance, the punishment for which is not otherwise prescribed, or who willfully omits to perform any legal duty relating to the removal of a public nuisance, is guilty of a misdemeanor. [Ord. 94-1 § 3, 1994].
