6.06.010 Dog prohibitions on Wagner Street Trail.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or person in charge of or in control of a dog to permit such dog, either leashed or unleashed, to enter or be in or upon that portion of the Indian Beach public access known as the Wagner Street Trail beginning at its westernmost point, and continuing southeasterly along the trail to its junction with Parker Creek Trail.
