§6230 UNLAWFUL TO PERMIT MERCHANDISE OR BOXES TO BE UPON SIDEWALK; EXCEPTION WHILE IN TRANSIT
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation engaged in business of any kind or nature within the limits of the City to permit merchandise, containers of merchandise, boxes, crates, cartons, containers, empty or otherwise, or parts for automobiles, tractors or trucks to be on or upon any of the sidewalks of the City or upon real property within the limits of the City heretofore or hereafter set apart by ordinance for sidewalk purposes, save and excepting while the same are in actual transit. §6231 UNLAWFUL TO EXHIBIT AUTOMOBILE FOR SALE ON STREETS
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park any truck, tractor or automobile on any of the public streets of the City for the purposes of exhibiting the same for sale or trade. (Ord. 289, §2, adopted 1929)
§6232 UNLAWFUL TO PARK ON PROPERTY SET ASIDE FOR SIDEWALK PURPOSES
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation owning or operating any automobile or truck within the limits of the City to park the same on or upon any real property within the limits of said City heretofore or hereafter set apart by ordinance for sidewalk purposes. §6233 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
Any person violating this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment for not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
