§6260 JUMPING ON OR OFF MOVING RAILROAD CAR PROHIBITED
No person under the age of eighteen (18) years who is not a passenger shall jump on or off of the cars of any railroad propelled by steam within the City while the same are in motion. (Ord. 48, §1, adopted 1892)
§6261 MOVING RAILROAD CAR PROHIBITED; RAILROAD COMPANY EMPLOYEES EXCEPTED
No person not an employee of any railroad company shall move, interfere with or molest any railroad car which may be standing on the track. (Ord. 48, §2, adopted 1892)
§6262 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
Any person violating the provisions of the foregoing sections of this Article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00), or imprisoned not exceeding ten (10) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
