§8050 MINIMUM LOT AREAS, FRONTAGE AND SETBACKS IN VARIOUS SUBDIVISIONS
All lots in all subdivisions shall contain the minimum areas, frontages and setbacks set forth in this Article. (Ord. 561, §2, adopted 1964)
§8051 LOT AREA AND FRONTAGES IN TYPE I SUBDIVISIONS
All lots in Type I subdivisions except corner lots shall contain a minimum area of six thousand (6,000) square feet, and corner lots in such subdivisions shall contain a minimum area of seven thousand (7,000) square feet. All lots in such subdivisions shall have a minimum frontage of sixty feet (60’). (Ord. 533, §4.16; amd. by Ord. 561, §2, adopted 1964)
§8052 LOT AREA AND FRONTAGES IN TYPE II SUBDIVISIONS
All lots in Type II subdivisions shall contain a minimum area of six thousand (6,000) square feet and shall have a minimum frontage of sixty feet (60’). (Ord. 533, §4.16, adopted 1958)
§8053 LOT AREA AND FRONTAGES IN TYPE III SUBDIVISIONS
All lots in Type III subdivisions shall contain a minimum area of ten thousand (10,000) square feet and shall have a minimum frontage of one hundred feet (100’). (Ord. 533, §4.16, adopted 1958)
§8054 LOT AREA AND FRONTAGES IN TYPE IV SUBDIVISIONS
All lots in Type IV subdivisions shall contain a minimum area of twenty thousand (20,000) square feet and shall have a minimum frontage of one hundred feet (100’). (Ord. 533, §4.16, adopted 1958)
§8055 LOT AREA AND FRONTAGES IN TYPE V SUBDIVISIONS
All lots in Type V subdivisions shall contain a minimum area of one acre and shall have a minimum frontage of one hundred feet (100’). (Ord. 533, §4.16, adopted 1958)
§8056 LOT AREA AND FRONTAGES IN TYPE VI SUBDIVISIONS
All lots in Type VI subdivisions shall contain at least the minimum area and shall have the minimum frontage respectively as that which is required for building site area and lot width respectively for main buildings under Chapter 2 of Division 9 of this Code for the same use in the same zoning district as such lot. Where no lot width is established under said Chapter 2 for such use, the minimum frontage required hereunder shall be one lineal foot of frontage for each one hundred (100) square feet of building site area required therein. §8057 MINIMUM SETBACK IN CERTAIN SUBDIVISIONS
In all lots in Type I through Type V subdivision inclusively, no building construction shall be permitted or allowed at any distance closer to the street right of way line along any adjacent street than the following:
A. On interior lots the front setback line shall be a minimum of twenty feet (20’) measured from the street right of way line fronting such lot.
B. On corner lots there shall be a front setback line on each street side of a corner lot. The front setback line shall be a minimum of twenty feet (20’) measured from the street right-of-way lines adjacent to such lot. (Ord. 561, §2, adopted 1964)
§8058 MINIMUM SETBACK IN TYPE VI SUBDIVISIONS
In Type VI subdivisions no building construction shall be permitted or allowed at any distance closer to the street right-of-way line along any adjacent street than that which is permitted or allowed under Chapter 2 of Division 9 of this Code for the same use in the same zoning district as such lot. §8059 EXCEPTION IN BUILT-UP AREAS NOT APPLICABLE
No exception to the minimum setback in built-up areas granted by any other chapter of this Code shall be applicable to any subdivision governed by this Chapter. (Ord. 561, §2, adopted 1964)
