§8190 EASEMENTS FOR UTILITIES

The subdivider shall dedicate all necessary easements for the passage of electric power, gas, telephone, television, street lighting facilities and fire alarm systems. (Ord. 533, §4.81, adopted 1958; amd. by Ord. 571, §2, adopted 1965)

§8191 APPROVAL OF UTILITY EASEMENTS

Prior to submission of the tentative map, the subdivider shall obtain from all utilities involved the location of all pole line easements, guy easements, anchor easements and pipeline easements necessary for serving the subdivision. Approval shall be obtained on one copy of the tentative map submitted. (Ord. 533, §4.82, adopted 1958; amd. by Ord. 571, §2, adopted 1965)

§8192 SUBDIVIDER TO PAY COSTS OF STREET LIGHTING FACILITIES

The subdivider shall pay to the City the cost of materials and labor required to provide street lighting facilities for the proposed subdivision. All street lighting shall be as required by the Superintendent of the City Electric Department with the approval of the City Manager. Installation of street lighting facilities will be provided for by the City, utilizing existing power poles wherever possible. Payment shall be made at the time the improvement plan is submitted as provided for in Article 13 of this Chapter. (Ord. 533, §4.83, adopted 1958)
