§9510 CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE OF GUTTER BRIDGES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS

No one shall build or maintain any gutter bridge over a gutter along any public street in the City except as provided in §9511 hereof. (Ord. 313, §1, adopted 1932)

§9511 EXCEPTIONS FROM ARTICLE

The following gutter bridges shall be excepted from provisions of this Article. Those constructed:

A.    At street corners within the outside angle formed by the extension of the inside lines of the abutting sidewalks.

B.    At entrances to residential property where the length of said bridge is not in excess of twelve feet (12’).

C.    At other places only after a permit has been secured from the City Council upon a showing of the special circumstances warranting the exception. (Ord. 313, §2, adopted 1932)

§9512 VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR

Anyone violating this Article is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 313, §3, adopted 1932)
