DATUM PLANE

The term “mean sea level” shall be the level the surface of the sea would assume if all disturbing influences of tide, current and wind are removed. “Mean sea level,” the United States Geological Survey datum plane, is adopted as the official datum plane for the City. (Prior code §1.14).
