Adopt the California Mechanical Code and appendices, 2022 Edition, based on the 2021 Uniform Mechanical Code as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials and as adopted by the California Building Standards Commission, the Department of Housing and Community Development, and other agencies listed in Chapter 1, where the City is the enforcing authority or the authority has been delegated to the City by these agencies in the in California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 4.
