CAFETERIA PLAN

2.80.010 Cafeteria plan.
The district hereby adopts the Western Municipal Water District cafeteria plan (the “cafeteria plan”) effective January 1, 2009.
The Western Municipal Water District hereby authorizes Benefit Coordinators Corporation or its designee to duly execute the cafeteria plan document on behalf of the district. The district further authorizes Benefit Coordinators Corporation or its designee to execute future amendments to the cafeteria plan that contain only nonsubstantive and/or administrative changes to the cafeteria plan.
