DENTAL PLAN

2.85.010 Dental plan.
The district hereby adopts the Western Municipal Water District dental plan (“dental plan”) effective March 1, 2009.
The Western Municipal Water District hereby authorizes Benefit Coordinators Corporation or his/her designee to duly execute the dental plan document on behalf of the district. The board further authorizes Benefit Coordinators Corporation or his/her designee to execute future amendments to the dental plan that contain only nonsubstantive and/or administrative changes to the dental plan.
