REVOLVING FUNDS

12-9.01 Revolving funds.
In the exercise of any of the powers now or hereafter provided for in this Code, including the right to take immediate possession in eminent domain proceedings, the Council may create, use, and reimburse revolving funds.

12-9.02 Procedure.
The revolving funds authorized by the provisions of Section 12-9.01 of this chapter may be established, operated, reimbursed, reduced, or dissolved, in which event the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Division 4 of Title 4 of the Government Code of the State shall apply.
