That the city council of the city of Willows itself being the Willows community redevelopment agency will serve the public interests and promote the public safety and welfare in a more effective manner than the current organization of the Willows community redevelopment agency, and that there has been a full public disclosure of all reports and proposals relating to the legislative body’s intent to declare itself the redevelopment agency. 2.30.020 Membership – Powers, duties, advisory appointments.
That the city council of the city of Willows shall itself be the redevelopment agency. The city council of the city of Willows hereby declares itself to be the redevelopment agency. [Ord. 540-78, 11-14-78. Prior code § 2-12].
