5.36.010 Liquor license—Application—Fees.

Upon the adoption of the ordinance codified in this section, all liquor license application and incidental form fees shall be established by resolution of the City Council from time to time as deemed necessary. (Ord. 1989-8 § 2)

5.36.020 Fine in lieu of suspension.

Pursuant to Section 12-47-601, C.R.S., the City Council exercises the authority to provide that statute to permit the Council, sitting as the local licensing authority, to accept and act upon petitions for the payment of fines in lieu of suspension for suspension of a liquor license of fourteen (14) days or less. Such petitions shall be processed by the Council pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 12-47-601, C.R.S. (Ord. 1998-22 § 1)
