It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership or corporation to erect, install, construct and thereafter to operate any gasoline filling pumps or other gasoline dispensing apparatus within the exterior boundary lines of the right-of-way of United States Highway No. 40, also being the same as Agate Avenue, within the corporate limits of the town of Granby, Colorado. 12.15.020 Parking of vehicles.
It shall be unlawful for the operator or operators of any such gasoline pumps or gasoline dispensing apparatus, as may be operated hereunder, to dispense gasoline to motor vehicles unless such motor vehicles are parked parallel and immediately adjacent to the line of public right-of-way. 12.15.030 Reservation of parking space.
A space extending for a distance of 30 feet easterly and westerly from each of said gasoline filling pumps or gasoline dispensing apparatus and parallel with said exterior right-of-way boundary lines is hereby reserved for such dispensing and servicing purposes, and said reservation shall continue and be effective so long as said gasoline filling pumps or other gasoline dispensing apparatus shall be operated, whereupon such reservations shall terminate; and it shall be unlawful for any person to park or permit a motor vehicle to stand in said space, so reserved, save only for such dispensing and servicing purposes.
