15.15.010 Permitted when.
Following substantial damage to or destruction of a commercial or other nonresidential building as a result of a disaster, whether caused by a natural disaster or criminal act or any other cause, activities relating to demolition, renovation or construction at such property may be conducted between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. [Ord. 615 § 1, 2004].
