9.05.010 Definition.

“Runaway,” as defined in this chapter, is any person under the age of 18 years of age who has left home, place of abode or custody of parent, guardian or legal custodian of said person, without the knowledge, permission or consent of the parents, guardian or legal custodian of said person. [Ord. 71 § 1, 1979.]

9.05.020 Running away unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years of age, living or found in Donnelly, Idaho, to run away from the parents, guardian, or legal custodian of said person. [Ord. 71 § 2, 1979.]

9.05.030 Aiding runaways unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to aid, harbor or encourage any person who is a runaway. [Ord. 71 § 3, 1979.]

9.05.040 Violation – Penalty.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment of not more than six months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
