9.10.010 Alcoholic beverages on public streets and ways.

It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person to possess or carry on his person any open container, can, bottle or glass containing any alcoholic beverage or mixture containing an alcoholic beverage upon the public streets, ways or any public park or place within the city of Donnelly, Idaho. [Ord. 91 § 1, 1983.]

9.10.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100.00 or 30 days’ imprisonment in the Valley County jail or both such fine and imprisonment. [Ord. 91 § 2, 1983.]
