GUN SHOWS

5-57-010 Fees required.
A. Any person or organization that sponsors a gun show or similar event within the city shall first pay a fee for such show or event to the city.
B. Federal and state laws will be enforced only, no other ordinance shall apply with reference to the sale or type of firearm, or ammunition (in the exercise of their home rule power).
C. The fee to hold a gun show or similar event shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 3316 § 2 (part), 2015; Ord. 2915 §§ 1—3, 1995)
