LIVERY/LIMOUSINE SERVICE

5.78.010 License required.
No person, firm or corporation shall keep, conduct or operate a livery/limousine service, without first having obtained a license therefor, as is provided in this chapter; and every person, firm or corporation conducting such business shall conform to the provisions contained in this chapter. 5.78.020 Application fee.
Applications for a license to conduct such business shall be made to the village clerk and shall specify the number of vehicles owned and operated by the applicant. The fee for such license shall be three hundred fifty dollars. (Ord. 2002-07 § 40, 2002; Ord. 89-5 § 36, 1989)
5.78.030 Bond.
No such license shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation unless the applicant has secured the bond provided by statute. All drivers shall be licensed as provided by state statutes, in such case made and provided. (Ord. 89-5 § 36, 1989)
