PETROLEUM PRODUCTS – STORAGE

5.94.010 License required.

It is unlawful to engage in the business of bulk storage of gasoline, fuel oil, kerosene or any petroleum or petroleum product in the village without having first secured a permit therefor.

5.94.020 Fee.

The annual fee for petroleum products storage licenses shall be five hundred fifty dollars per first two-hundred-thousand-gallon capacity and fourteen dollars for each additional one-hundred-thousand-gallon capacity or fraction thereof. 5.94.030 Compliance with regulations.

All ordinances of the village and all rules of the State Department of Public Safety relative to the handling or storage of such liquids must be fully complied with. It is unlawful to establish or maintain any such business in any place where it is not permitted under the zoning ordinance.
