BICYCLE LICENSE REVOLVING FUND

3.10.020 Funding and expenditures.
3.10.010 Establishment.
There is hereby established a revolving fund to be known as the Bicycle License Revolving Fund. [Ord. G-81-53, passed 12-14-81. 1962 Code, Art. 3, Ch. 25, § 1; 1982 Code § 30.355; 1983 Code § 3.30.355.]
3.10.020 Funding and expenditures.
(A) All revenues resulting from the collection of fees for bicycle licenses collected pursuant to EMC 10.05.190 and Chapter 10.25 EMC shall be deposited in the Bicycle License Revolving Fund. Deposits shall be made pursuant to IC 5-12-1-1 through 5-12-1-40 (The Indiana Depository Act).
(B) Expenditures from the Bicycle License Revolving Fund shall be approved by the Common Council and shall be for the construction, maintenance, and improvement of capital projects related to bicycle use, and for the retirement of bonded indebtedness incurred for such capital projects. 3.10.030 Continuing fund.
