94.01 DEFINITIONS.
For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOARD OF HEALTH. County Board of Health, as provided for in I.C. 16-20-2-2.
HEALTH OFFICER. The County Health Officer or his authorized representative.

94.02 BOARD OF HEALTH MAY CHARGE FEES.
The Board of Health may charge a fee according to a posted fee schedule which is in keeping with standards established by the Federal Health Insurance Program.

94.03 COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION OF FEES.
The Health Officer shall collect the fees authorized in § 94.02, and such fees shall be accounted for and transferred to the health fund of the taxing jurisdiction as provided for in I.C. 16-20-1-27.

94.04 COUNTY HEALTH ORDINANCES ADOPTED; AUTHORITY OF HEALTH OFFICER.
County health ordinances are hereby adopted by reference and the county health officer shall have the same authority within the city as designated within such county ordinances.
