OS-MU OPEN SPACE-MULTIPLE USE DISTRICT

17.46.010 Purpose.
The purpose of the OS-MU open space-multiple use district is to preserve outdoor recreational opportunities and to permit livestock grazing and resource management. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(A))
17.46.020 Permitted uses.
The following are permitted uses in the OS-MU open space-multiple use district:
A. Hiking and riding trails;
B. Organized recreational camps and campgrounds;
C. Skiing and associated facilities;
D. Corrals, stables and accessory facilities;
E. Dune buggy facilities, motorcycle tracks;
F. Livestock grazing and accessory uses;
G. Watershed management;
H. Fish and wildlife management;
I. Telephone and power facilities;
J. Gas and electrical substations;
K. Radio and television broadcast and relay stations;
L. Water storage tanks and reservoirs;
M. Fire protection facilities;
N. Sewer facilities. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(B))
17.46.030 Accessory uses.
Only those uses accessory to permitted uses in HCC 17.46.020 are allowed in the OS-MU open space-multiple use district. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(C))
17.46.040 Conditional uses.
The following are conditional uses in the OS-MU open space-multiple use district:
A. Hunting and/or fishing preserves. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(D))
17.46.050 Prohibited uses.
The following are prohibited uses in the OS-MU open space-multiple use district:
A. All permanent residential uses;
B. All commercial uses;
C. All industrial uses. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(E))
17.46.060 Height regulations.
There are no height regulations in the OS-MU open space-multiple use district. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(F))
17.46.070 Area and yard requirements.
The following are area and yard requirements in the OS-MU open space-multiple use district:
A. Lot area, no minimum lot size;
B. Yard requirements, none. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(G))
17.46.080 Additional requirements.
The following additional requirements apply to the OS-MU open space-multiple use district:
A. All off-street parking requirements and regulations are as provided in Chapter 17.60 HCC. (Ord. 1-5-87A § 22(H))
