5.12.010 Movable signs prohibited.
There shall be no movable signs on the premises of any businesses within the city of Culver where said signs are not affixed to the premises of the business so that the signs cannot be moved. [Ord. 356 § 1, 1985.]
5.12.020 Violation – Penalty.
Violation of this chapter after prior written warning from the city recorder, if the signs are allowed to remain 10 days after the prior written notice, shall constitute a Class B infraction. [Ord. 356 § 2, 1985.]
