SPORTING ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED IN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY

12.20.010 Generally.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association to erect, maintain or place, either temporarily or permanently, any equipment to be used for any game, sport or sporting activity, in any part of the right-of-way of any road, street or highway within the city of Dundee, Oregon. [Ord. 331 § 1, 1995].
12.20.020 Definitions.
For the purposes of this chapter, “sports equipment” shall include but not be limited to basketball hoops, soccer, tennis, badminton or other types of sporting nets, tether balls and ramps for skateboarding. [Ord. 331 § 2, 1995].
12.20.030 Penalty.
Violation of any provision of this chapter is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine in the maximum amount of $250.00. [Ord. 331 § 3, 1995].
